CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal for consumers in contracts for the use of digital content:
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days for distance contracts (contracts in which the entrepreneur or a person acting in his name or on his behalf and the consumer use exclusively means of distance communication for contract negotiations and conclusion). A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal
According to § 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), your right of withdrawal expires after the free 3-month trial period if KADACON has begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed, at least via email or order through horse+, that you wish to use horse+. This right also expires if we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you were aware that you would lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the commencement of performance of the contract.
